He too came through the Vendée U, turned professional in 2022, is now among the Elite and recently took part in the start of a Grand Tour. He is extending his contract with Team TotalEnergies for another season.
Alan Jousseaume, an extension in the image of the project
Team TotalEnergies is delighted with this one-year extension for the young rider from Vannes (Brittany). We’re now looking to the future, with a project that’s very much in keeping with our focus on youth.

What does this extension mean to you?
“I’m delighted to be able to extend my adventure with the team. It’s been a few years now since I joined Jean-René Bernaudeau’s structure (with the Vendée U) and I still feel as good as ever!”
What are your personal goals for next season?
“To take part in the best races on the calendar and show a fighting spirit.”
What are your collective goals for the team?
“To win as many races as possible.”
Do you have any words for the team management?
“I’d like to thank all the staff, who contribute so much to the good humour that reigns in the team. Thanks to that, it’s always a pleasure to see them at the competitions. It helps to create the perfect atmosphere for performance.”
