Born under the brainchild of Jean-René Bernaudeau, a former professional cyclist who turned team manager; TotalEnergies’ relationship with the Team TotalEnergies and the Team is a historic partnership that came into being growth of the company (formerly Direct Energie, then Total Direct Energie and now TotalEnergies).
This partnership is in tune with our brand : an inclusive, enthusiastic, optimistic brand, close to its customers and attentive to their needs. More than just being visible on a jersey, it’s about uniting all our audiences around a shared passion for sport and the positive values it conveys. Cycling is a flagship sport, close to the hearts of all French people, and it offers us a fantastic opportunity to reach out to our audiences in every part of the world.
Team TotalEnergies has finished the 2024 season with a total of 13 victories, including the overall rankings of the Tour of Istanbul (M. Burgaudeau) and the Tour of Kyushu (E. Jeanniere). The team has
finished on the podium 33 times over the season. This year revealed a number of up-and-coming young riders who seized the various opportunities throughout the year.
