The TotalEnergies Team is immensely pleased to announce its participation in the 112th edition of the Tour de France and thanks Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) for its renewed trust in 2025.
For more than two decades, a unique and passionate bond has united the TotalEnergies Team with the world’s greatest cycling race. Under the leadership of Jean-René Bernaudeau, the team has written some of the most beautiful pages of its history on the roads of the Tour.
The unforgettable exploits of Thomas Voeckler and Sylvain Chavanel still resonate in the hearts of cycling fans. More recently, Anthony Turgis’ triumph in the 9th stage of the 2024 Tour de France embodied the audacity and combativeness that have always characterized the team.
Year after year, the TotalEnergies Team has been carried by the fervor of the French public, always present to support the riders in moments of exhilaration as well as in moments of struggle.
This invitation to the 2025 Tour de France is a tremendous recognition and a new source of motivation. It encourages the TotalEnergies Team to continue its mission: to perform at a high level while embodying values of sharing and proximity. The TotalEnergies Team is eager to take on the challenges of this 26th consecutive participation in the Tour de France and to once again thrill the fans of the “Grande Boucle”.
Jean-René Bernaudeau, team’s General Manager, stated:
Our performances in the previous 2024 edition were the result of long-term work started in the early months of the year and concluded in the most beautiful way with Anthony [Turgis]’s victory. I also remember the emotions that Mattéo [Vercher] brought us in Barcelonnette, what a memory! In 2025, the TotalEnergies Team intends to once again prove worthy of the trust placed in us by ASO. The history of our team is above all one of passionate men and women who have placed the values of solidarity, respect, and audacity above all else. I am extremely proud that we can demonstrate this for the 26th time on a global stage.
See you next Saturday, July 5th, at the start in Lille
