Meeting of our Sports Division
From November the 18th to 22th, our Sports Management & Scientific divisions came to prepare 2025. This seminar took place in the largest French sports institution, INSEP (National Institute of Sport, Expert and Performance).
A student week full of energy to create our “2025 season” project
“We already realize this session last year within the Paloise Section, a TOP 14 Rugby club and it allowed us to take a step back from our practices, and be ourselves with a strong and ambitious project” explains Benoît GENAUZEAU.
“This year, the idea was to amplify this first meeting in order to make our model and lay the foundations for our season. All this in an inspiring framework : the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance.
Beyond the powerful interventions that we had the privilege of witnessing, the purposes of this week were clear : Report of last year, purposes for next season, the racing schedule of our structures. This week of work will allow us to align and give real drive to our 2025 project.
I would also like to particularly thank Bertrand Daille (head of the Performance department) and his deputies Thierry Dumaine and Alexandre Guyon Des Diguères for their support and commitment to us during this week. »
Calpe, first training camp for our riders –
Our next step will take place with the main actors of the Team in Calpe in Spain, from December the 7th to 19th 2024. First real moment for our riders and our staff with two goals : Share the 2025 guideline to our riders and make a great training block.
