The Tour de Suisse, which takes place every year, is a stage race registered on the UCI World Tour calendar. It is considered in the same way as the Critérium du Dauphiné as a preparation for the Tour de France taking place a few weeks later. The course is very demanding, with beautiful mountain stages.
