The Étoile de Bessèges is a French stage cycling race created in 1971 and contested around Bessèges, in the Gard. She has been part of the UCI Europe Tour since 2005, in category 2.1. Disputed at the beginning of February, it traditionally opens the French professional cycling season of stage races. This year, the race will take place over five days.
