The Bredene Koksijde Classic (Handzame Classic until 2018) is a men's cycling road race held in West Flanders, Belgium, with the finish in Koksijde. The race became part of the UCI Europe Tour at its inception in 2011. In 2018, it was promoted to category 1.HC.
