Back from Oman, where Team TotalEnergies faced the harsh conditions of the Arabian desert, the squad returns with three stage top-10 finishes and several positives to take away. Among them, Thomas Bonnet’s return to form stands out after a difficult year marked by iliac artery endofibrosis.
Now it’s time to head back to Europe for a busy weekend, with the Team lining up on three different fronts — a first this season.
Back on home roads with ambition
Just days after racing in the Gard region, our riders will be back in action in the Bouches-du-Rhône for the Tour de la Provence. Racing close to home, Nicolas Breuillard will be eager to shine in front of familiar crowds. He will lead the team’s ambitions on stage two, which features a demanding uphill finish at the Station de Lure.
For the faster finishes, Jason Tesson will spearhead our sprint efforts, supported by Lorrenzo Manzin and Nicola Marcerou.
Line-up in Marseille:
Nicolas Breuillard, Mathis Le Berre, Lorrenzo Manzin, Nicola Marcerou, Jason Tesson and Anthony Turgis.
Murcia and Almería set for an action-packed weekend
In Spain, the weekend schedule includes two races: the two-day Tour of Murcia followed by Sunday’s Clásica de Almería. Ten riders will rotate across the two events to maximise our chances of success.
On rolling terrain, Joris Delbove, Mattéo Vercher and Alan Jousseaume will look to make their mark, while Thomas Gachignard returns to competition.
At the Clásica de Almería, Florian Dauphin and Pierre Thierry will support our Vendée sprinter Emilien Jeannière, who finished third here in 2025.
Tour of Murcia line-up:
Rayan Boulahoite, Alexys Brunel, Joris Delbove, Thomas Gachignard, Alan Jousseaume, Samuel Leroux and Mattéo Vercher.
Clásica de Almería line-up:
Rayan Boulahoite, Alexys Brunel, Florian Dauphin, Emilien Jeannière, Alan Jousseaume, Samuel Leroux and Pierre Thierry.
Back in Portugal after twelve years
Further west on the Iberian Peninsula, the Team will also return to racing in Portugal for the first time since 2014.
The Figueira Champions Classic, a course well suited to punchy riders, promises an exciting race and could reward the strongest finisher on the day in Figueira da Foz.
Line-up in Portugal:
Mathieu Burgaudeau, Alexandre Delettre, Sandy Dujardin, Théo Levêque, Valentin Retailleau and Baptiste Vadic.
