High up in the mountains for the seventh time in this Tour de France, the riders once again had to show their mettle on the day’s various Savoyard climbs.

A Queen stage:

The Queen stage of the mountains and of the Tour. For stage 17, the Team riders and the peloton faced one of the toughest tests of this Tour: 165.7 kilometers between Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc and Courchevel, and above all the Col de la Loze with its 28.1 kilometer ascent.
